1. What Raseed X13 is

Raseed X13 is software. It connects to a crypto exchange account that you own and places trades on it automatically, according to its own logic and the limits you set.

Raseed is not a bank, a broker, a fund, an asset manager, a custodian, or a licensed financial institution. We do not take deposits, we do not hold your money, and we do not give investment advice.

2. Eligibility

To use Raseed you must:

You are responsible for checking your own legal position before you sign up. We do not give legal advice about your jurisdiction.

3. Your account and your keys

You connect Raseed using API keys that you generate yourself on your own exchange account, with trade permission only.

4. What we do not promise

We do not promise that the agent will be profitable. We do not promise any particular return, win rate, or performance level, and nothing on our website or in our communications should be read as such a promise.

Any figures shown on our site as examples, previews or simulations are exactly that. They are not a track record and they are not a forecast.

5. Trading risk is yours

Every trade the agent places is placed on your account, with your money, and the outcome — profit or loss — is yours.

You can lose money, including all of it. Automated trading does not remove market risk; it only removes the need for you to click. Please read the Risk Disclosure in full before using the service.

6. Things outside our control

The service depends on systems we do not own. We are not responsible for losses caused by:

7. Acceptable use

Do not use Raseed to break the law, to manipulate markets, to launder money, or to trade on behalf of someone else without telling us. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or attack the service.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Raseed at any time by revoking your API key. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we are legally required to, or if we stop offering the service in your country. Where we can, we will give you notice first.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Some countries do not allow certain exclusions, in which case those exclusions do not apply to you.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will notify you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law
