Raseed X13 ("Raseed", "we", "us") provides automated crypto trading software that operates on a user's own exchange account. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

2. What we collect
When you join the waitlist
- First name and last name
- Email address
- Nationality
- The amount you indicate you are willing to trade (optional — you may leave this blank)
If you later activate the service
- Binance API keys — trade-only credentials you generate yourself
- Trading activity produced by the agent on your account: positions opened and closed, sizes, entry and exit prices, and profit or loss
- Account settings such as risk limits you choose
Collected automatically
- Standard server logs from our hosting provider, which include your IP address, browser type and the pages you requested
- This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. That request sends your IP address to Google. If you do not want this, block third-party font loading in your browser.
This site does not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
3. Why we collect it
- Name, email, nationality: to contact you about access, and to check whether we are able to offer the service in your country.
- Trade amount: to understand demand and plan capacity. It is optional and is not used to price anything.
- API keys: for one purpose only — to place and manage trades on your own exchange account.
- Trading activity: to operate the service, show you your results, and improve the system.
4. How your API keys are handled
Your API keys are encrypted and held inside a secure enclave, isolated so that our own staff cannot read them. They are used only to place and manage trades.
We never request withdrawal permission, and the service does not need it. You should not enable withdrawal permission on a key you give to any trading service, including ours.
You can revoke a key at any time from your Binance account settings. Revoking it stops the agent from trading immediately.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the product:
- Formspree — processes the waitlist form on this site and delivers it to us by email.
- Binance — receives the trade instructions the agent places on your account. Your relationship with Binance is governed by Binance's own terms and privacy policy.
- Our hosting provider — stores the site and server logs. [TODO: name the host]

6. How long we keep it
Waitlist details are kept until you ask us to delete them, or until we close the waitlist and no longer need them. Trading records are kept for as long as your account is active. [TODO: set and state exact retention periods.]
7. Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time — every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

8. Security, stated honestly
We encrypt API keys, restrict internal access, and never request withdrawal rights. Those measures are real and they matter.
No system is perfectly secure. We cannot promise that a breach will never happen. What we can promise is that the keys you give us cannot be used to withdraw your funds, because that permission is never requested or enabled.
9. Age
This service is for adults. Do not sign up if you are under 18, or under the legal age for trading in your country if that age is higher.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will email people on the waitlist and anyone using the service.
